Port Makos enters teams in the NSW State Cup held in Port Macquarie in the first weekend in December each year.  

Selection days are in July each year.

All three Port Makos mixed teams made the 2019 State Cup Championship finals.

Port Macquarie is part of the Northern Eagles region.  Northern Eagles teams compete in the National Touch League (NTL) held in Coffs Harbour each year in mid-March.

Six players, one coach and one referee from Port Macquarie Touch were selected to represent Australia at the 2024 World Cup in Nottingham England.
